Jaime Sochasky Jaime completed a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, in 1999, with a specialization in Athletic Therapy. Since graduating with distinction from Concordia University, Jaime also achieved certification as Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and shortly after, became a Certified Athletic Therapist. She continually works to develop her unique methods of treating, reconditioning, and training motivated individuals. Jaime has worked in many settings including private sports medicine settings, with various sports teams, fitness centres and integrated health systems. Each experience has helped cultivate her well rounded approach to evaluating physical imbalance, identifying her clients training goals, and reconditioning each athlete successfully.

Jaime Sochasky Jaime is currently working with motivated athletes at the High Performance facility as well as consulting with various groups such as B2Ten, Squash Canada, 22 Dragons Dragon boat racing teams and individual amateur and professional athletes. She previously served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Quebec Provincial Sailing team and the U-18 Lakeshore Soccer Team who became National Finalists. She has had experience with many different sports, team and individual sports alike. These experiences as well as competing as a varsity athlete in soccer and basketball while in college, as well as continuing competitive volleyball and ultimate Frisbee in her free time, have allowed her to gain perspective as both an athlete and coach. She is more than familiar with what it takes to succeed as an elite athlete; to set goals, deal with adversity, and to work through injury and perform successfully. She approaches each client by identifying key physical imbalances, creating motivating programs that correct those imbalances, and then continues to challenge her clients to achieve. Jaime is very proud of teaching and lecturing, education her clients to be able to regain control over their destiny….

Jaime is constantly increasing her repertoire of treatment and training tools. Whether it’s by revisiting old methods, or learning new systems and programming, she strives to provide leading edge skills to her clients. Her “style” uses various soft tissue release methods, manual stretching techniques, isolative and integrative flexibility and strength exercises, and a healthy dose of her own personal energy. She loves to challenge her clients to be the best they can be, and to achieve levels they never thought they could achieve. Let her take you to the next level!

“We like to call her “The Queen of pain”. This name fits her in many ways: A very hard working person. She is passionate for her work. She gets results. She is certainly up to any challenge there is out there. And she is a fun person to work with. After seeing what Jaime has done with me, I believe she can fix any injury there is. After struggling with patellar knee tendonitis for more then 5 years, she gave me a new body. It's more then an amazing road we did together. She took me from scratch: I was struggling to walk when I went to see her and she got me not only pain free, but she gave me more. I am now more flexible, agile, and stronger then ever.”
