What To Expect: The High Performance Process

Step One: Initial appointment: Evaluation

| • | orthopaedic assessment |
| • | development of individualized strategy to achieving goals |
| • | possible exercise prescription and/or reconditioning |
Step Two: One of 3 possible reconditioning paths
Path 1 - Reconditioning
* Please note that a doctor's referral letter for ATHLETIC THERAPY is required for follow-up treatment.

Path 2 - Training

Path 3 - Mixture of both reconditioning and training
* Please note that a doctor's referral letter for ATHLETIC THERAPY is required for follow-up treatment.
| • | Outcome of the HPC evaluation and discussion is to take reconditioning coupled with training strategy to achieve the goals. |
| • | This involves any or all of the tools mentioned in the reconditioning and training paths. |
| • | The percentage of each will continually be adjusted to progress appropriately for the goals set forth in the plan. |
Additional Notes:
Follow-up appointments

Programming
| • | Programs will be developed to help achieve specific goals |
| • | Programs are generally progressed / modified every 4-8 weeks |
| • | Every program will be debriefed in a program demonstration follow-up session |
We have a lot of experience working in collaboration with other allied health professionals and integrating into different sport systems.
Please understand that we do not have an administrative assistant. Therefore if we are working with a client, we will return any phone messages or emails at our earliest convenience.
The end of every session is reserved for booking forward with future appointments as well as for billing.
