High Performance resides within Premier Studio, a personal training centre that rests on the banks of the Lachine Canal near the Atwater Market. High Performance clients have access to a six thousand square foot training centre that is fully equipped for training at any level. There is a large parking lot that allows for easy parking and the facility is a reasonable walking distance for the St.Henri metro station. You can also get to the facility using the Lachine Canal cycling path as many of the clients of Premier Studio are avid cyclists. The address is 4710 St.Ambroise, suite 156, but you should enter the building at door D (Entrée D) as it is the only door on the main floor level that allows entrance into the Premier Studio facility.
