Mentorship Programs
Goals:
| • | Provide a structured service to conditioning and sports medicine professionals that introduces and explains the methodologies used at High Performance. |
| • | Provide a practical learning experience, including performance training, reconditioning, and evaluation methods. |
| • | Provide educational materials that will leave the student with a structured reference. |
| • | A 10 hour program 2 hours per day for five days |
| • | Day 1 Introduction and observation of High Performance staff |
| • | Day 2 The Functional Movement Screen learn how we assess |
| • | Day 3 Exercise prescription for reconditioning learn why we chose exercises and how to “dummy up” or “dummy down” |
| • | Day 4 Program development learn how we build programs |
| • | Day 5 Performance Training learn how to integrate from reconditioning to performance |
